1. Customer calls or emails and reports requests / issues.

2. Operations management responds within 12 minutes. Would you like us to take care of this now or tonight?

3. A work order is made.

4. Work order is dispatched to operations team.

5. Manager ensures job was completed. Takes picture of completed task.

6. Manager sends report of work completed to service@bptexas.com with picture before 8am the following day.

7. Office sends customer email informing them that work order has been completed and attaches a picture for reference.
